Tough Mudder is being held in Sydney in September 2012. So there is plenty of time to prepare.
December 2011 to April 2012 training regime is base work, following this pattern:
Monday (AM): CrossFit WOD
Monday (PM): endurance intervals
Tuesday (AM):
Tuesday (PM): 45 minute row/ergo + power lifting (A)
Wednesday (AM): CrossFit WOD
Wednesday (PM): weight circuit + run
Thursday (AM):
Thursday (PM): 45 minute row/ergo + power lifting (B)
Friday (AM):
Friday (PM): CrossFit WOD
Saturday (AM):
Sunday (AM):
